One of my favorite things as a Life Coach is helping clients set and achieve their goals. Seeing them grow spiritually and personally and reach the heights they longed for is thrilling. Goals are vital to our growth and well-being. Without goals, you’ll never get anywhere in life. That applies to your work, health, relationships, and even your faith. Goals motivate us and move us forward. Sadly, some people set goals that are too broad or too vague and that are not at all useful. To achieve your hopes and dreams, you need SMART goals. SMART is an acronym that stands for: Specific Measurable Relevant Time-bound In this episode, I explain SMART goals and how to use them to your advantage. CliftonStrengths and Catholic Faith: A Deeper Connection
Grace does not erase who we are; it perfects and elevates what God has already placed within us. As the Catechism teaches, “Grace builds on nature” (CCC 2005). Strengths are part of that nature, and when we understand them, we can cooperate with grace more freely. Instead of trying to imitate someone else’s path to holiness, we can cultivate virtue in the way God designed us to flourish.
