One of my favorite things as a Life Coach is helping clients set and achieve their goals. Seeing them grow spiritually and personally and reach the heights they longed for is thrilling. Goals are vital to our growth and well-being. For goals to be effective, they must be SMART.
What is my purpose? Have you ever found yourself asking that question? You aren’t alone. Nearly all of my life coaching clients have asked that question in one way or another. I’ve asked that question of myself. How do you define purpose? How do you find out what your purpose is in this life?
There’s memory. And then there’s reminiscence. What’s the difference? One is vitally important in assessing and discerning your faith journey. The other, well, not so much. Which is which and how do you make good use of it?
