Francesca Franchina MS Ed. talks with popular author, columnist and speaker, Marge Fenelon of Wisconsin about “Helping In Times of Crisis: The Do’s and Don’ts and  her new book Imitating Mary: Ten Virtues for the Modern Mom. How can we alleviate burdens of those we know who are going through great trials, listen actively and extend acts of kindness and assistance? If you have ever struggled to figure out how to help those in crisis, or what to say to those who are suffering in an illness or difficult time this program is for you. Fifteen years ago, Marge chose to leave her very successful secular business career to focus talents and energies on serving the Church and Catholic media. A journalism graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Marge holds a Certificate in Spiritual Mentoring from Cardinal Stritch University and is certified in Marian Studies from the Pontifical International Marian Research Institute (IMRI) at the University of Dayton Marian Library. She and her husband Mark are members of the Apostolic Movement of Schoenstatt and assist in the faith formation of young couples in the Movement. A frequent contributor to various Catholic and secular publications, among them Our Sunday Visitor, National Catholic Register, Catholic Lane, Integrated Catholic Life and Catholic Mom, Marge is a columnist for The Whirl/Milwaukee Catholic Herald and  regularly is featured on popular Catholic radio and television programs. Marge and her husband Mark are parents of three adult offspring and members of the Apostolic Schoenstatt Movement assisting in the faith formation of young couples in Schoenstatt.
