My folks used to have a saying. If we kids didn’t like something and started to make noise about it, they’d tell us, “Quit your blankidty-blank complaining and do something about it!”
Well, I might not quit my blankidty-blank complaining about mainstream media in this country, but I am going to do something about it. Here are three sites that I find particularly good. Hopefully, more will follow in future blogs.
The first one is a secular site called The Drudge Report. It’ll give you news you won’t find in the average media outlet. The second two are Catholic sites which will give you the straight stuff without beating around the bush (no pun intended).
Try them out and let me know what you think of them. If you’ll got sites of your own that you think are particularly good, let me know and I’ll check them out. If they fit the bill, I’ll post those, too.
