I spotted this video this morning and knew immediately that I must share it with you. It’s Bishop Donald Hying’s “cocktail napkin” explanation of Catholicism, and it’s extremely well done. The video was made on October 17, 2014, while Bishop Hying was an Auxiliary for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. He has since been made the Bishop of Gary, Indiana.
This is great timing, as we are in that “downtime” between Christmas and Lent. Now is the perfect time to contemplate the Incarnation as a relational aspect of our Catholic faith. The video is around 10 minutes long, but well worth the time.
Enjoy this marvelous mini-lecture and share it with others!
